We stayed here June 2nd with 1 RV and 1 tent.
Had a good night sleep 😃
3 other RV’s and some other cars stayed the night here when we were there.
It is basically a big parking lot on a trailhead.
Had a great time here, very quiet evening and night. We lighted the bbq in the evening, plenty of space.
Nice views (certainly with sunset and sunrise), and in the morning you will see some locals who start hiking here.
Would definitely stay here again.
By the Spanish trail trailhead. No signs, quiet, starry, but nothing special good ATT signal. Mountain biking sucked.
Report Check-InIt was an okay spot. No one else was camping with us last night. We've stayed in the past without complaint but this time there were people around running engines until late into the evening. Then at 2:45 in the morning, someone showed up and parked next to us playing loud music with lots of bass for a half hour.
But you're totally allowed to stay here still.
Report Check-Inok spot. some people living in trailers here were pretty loud on a Wednesday night. working on their truck late I heard metal clunking and engine revving at 2 am. they also had all their junk outside their trailers all set up, along with w a red car. gets busy in the morning.
Report Check-InLots of users there and it is clear that horses are unloaded. Didn't stop
Report Check-InBig dirt parking lot at trailhead as exactly as originally described. Full bars 4G Verizon Wireless.
Report Check-InA big gravel lot with no lights, no services. The trailhead is part of the Old Spanish National Historic Trail. No one bothered us. Some hikers got here around 7am, but weren’t noisy.
