Beautiful, peaceful and well maintained campground. Sites with full hookup 18$, only water cheaper and some may be basic camping. Clean toilets, showers with hot water. Washing machine and a dryer paid facility as well. Plenty of privacy between campers, next to lake one side other To forest. Very nice and a real good option at the price one has to pay. We stayed during the week and it was quite.
They don't take reservations. You get spots first come basis.
The water isn’t very good to drink. Bring your water. L’eau n’est pas trop bonne à boire. Apportez votre eau. Very good place.
Why? By checking in after you’ve visited a place you let others know this place is still functional. You can also add or correct any information.
Nice dump station and potable water right at the entrance of the campground. Nobody at the guard shack
Report Check-InAs described, they had primitive, water only, and electric/ water sites. Campground WAS open in Dec 2021.
Report Check-InThis campground is closed because of Covid 19 according to the signs at the entry booth. Why does the Florida a non-lockdown state allow campgrounds to be closed? Also no mention of being closed on the website or on Google. I'm sure people drive long distances only to find it closed, wasting time and gasoline. Probably some liberal in charge is allowing this campground to still be closed so unnecessarily. Right now being outdoors is the best thing a person can do for their well being both mentally and physically. Someone is just using the Corona virus as an excuse to not have to work and still get paid.
Report Check-InThree different priced sites in this area. Primitive, just water, and full hook-up.
The prices have gone up recently apparently. We are in a just water site. The base rate per night for this type site is $20. We have a US resident senior lifetime pass, so can get that rate at half price.
We like the Spot a lot, Especially after a not-so-great experience last night. Likely a couple of nights here for us. Verizon 4 bars LTE.
Nice campground. $30 for elec/water. $20 for water only. $12 for no services. Many sites along the lake. $12 sites very shaded and not much grass. Other sites have lots of grass and sun/shade. Hot water showers and dump station. Not sure if dump has cost if not staying in campground. The dump is before you enter the campground area.
Report Check-InMultiple places with the same name "Osceola forest"; you should go the Ocean pound camground for the best services. Only $12 for site with water and $18 for water+elec. Les sites sont intimes...
Report Check-InWe had a primitive campsite $8 for the night, fire pit, next to the lake, plenty of space between sites, toilet block only in this area or you could walk up to the electric sites for a shower, nice and quiet setting, it was almost full when we arrived at 3pm and they don’t take reservations
