This is a lovely, well maintained Texas state park. The entrance fee is $4 per person and camping is $18. The sites are spacious with water, electricity, and covered picnic tables. There's lots to do: swimming, fishing, hiking, and biking. It looks like the only entrance is the right turn into the park coming from the south. Note: I believe this park is the one marked as "Lake Casa Blanca National Park" (which doesn't exist), but the name is incorrect and the GPS coordinates take you to a Boy Scout facility.

Nice park with hot showers. Great trails with overlooks of the lake. Good place to stay before crossing into MX. Decent cell service on AT&T.
Report Check-InSelf-pay stall, cash or credit card online. Large park, many sites, almost empty during week. Each has covered tables with benches, water, electricity (18$/night). Sites with a dedicated sevage dump (21$/night), additionally 4$/person for park admission. Water at the site is slightly colored, so it might not be drinkable.
Report Check-InSite 112 is nice. Electric and water. Lake access. Deer in the campground. Airport sounds are not at all bothersome. Wifi only available at the checkin gate.
Good camping option for border crossers.
