BLM max stay 14 days, only stayed one night. Slept well. 5 campsites available, first come -first serve. Riverside spots down dirt road after boat ramp.
Why? By checking in after you’ve visited a place you let others know this place is still functional. You can also add or correct any information.
6 campsites all with fire rings and picnic tables. There are pit toilets near site 3&4. Right on the river which is nice but highway isn’t far so you can hear that in the distance. Nice spot - we are the only ones at the site as of 6:30pm on a Monday evening.
Report Check-Ingreat spot at the river with toilet. Easy to get to and close to the highway (not much noise from it)
Report Check-InOn a July Tuesday, only one other slot was taken. Large sites right on the river. River definitely smells strongly of fish this time of year. Some sounds from the road but easy to filter out. We only overnighted here but would be a good place to spend much more time. There are campsites on both sides of the boat dock. One single pit toilet. There are also several hammock-width trees in the spot we had, two downriver from the dock.
Report Check-InThis place COULD BE AMAZING!!!! There are 3/4 campsites prior to the boat dock area, and then there are several other campsite further along the dirt road past the boat ramp. However, the further you go down the dirt road, the scarier it becomes… It looks like more of a homeless camp rather than a camp spot. As a single, female, traveling alone, I chose not to stay here… Such a shame this place could be a Amazeballs!
Report Check-InMon 6-26-23. Shower day! First shower (spray bottle) since leaving home. I wasn't feeling that dirty, but now I feel CLEAN! 😁
Report Check-InA nice little place, unfortunately left disgusting by unscrupulous users... Shame on them.
Report Check-InStayed 1 night. We got the last spot. It's been raining and the actual spot is muddy. We elected to stay on the gravel area to not get stuck. If you are a fisherman this is a great spot for you. Otherwise it's just a good spot to sleep, or need some alone time with nothing to do. Vault toilet on site, each site has firepit and table.
Report Check-InFishing access, semi- level spots, pit toilet, no road noise, FREE, and close to town with 2 bars 4G Verizon. DO go down the road after the docks as there are 5+ river front spots there.
Report Check-InNot a bad place to stay. Number of different sites here with established fire pits and tables. There is a pit toilet near the boat launch. Stayed here for one night.
Report Check-Inawesome campground to stay at if you're traveling thru southern Idaho! conveniently right off the freeway, but this does mean the traffic is audible. otherwise a few good spots right on the river which is extremely beautiful and the sounds of the water very relaxing. free to stay, fire pits, picnic tables, pit toilets, lil bit of service on TMobile.
Report Check-InLots of cars and trucks coming in and out. Local fishermen I guess. Hoping it quiets down near dark. Great spot though. Sound of the river is very relaxing. Fresh hay has been put down on the dirt so it's not too dusty.
Report Check-InGreat site! Lots of room- table, fire ring. Right on the river- which is gorgeous. No bugs this weekend.
Report Check-InFree. Everything as described but the interstate is quite loud and noticeable here.
Report Check-InGreat little campsite that is quiet clean and comfortable right on the banks of the snake River. I was lucky to get one of the five campsites but I think even if they were full you could park in the lot down by the boat ramp and have no issues. Right off the highway and I had some decent cell phone service
Report Check-InAbsolutely stunning spot. Many flys etc. but most of them dont bite! Lots of Pelicans and Cormorates! Very quiet at night and close to get back on the highway. Picknick tables and fire rings. No rubish
Report Check-InQuiet with a beautiful view of the river. No trash receptacles so it was littered. Clean pit toilet. Great for bird watching in the morning. Glad we could stay here.
Report Check-InBLM max stay 15 days, only stayed one night slept like a rock. 5 campsites available, first come first serve
