Excellent place for our roof tent. Secure and very clean. Access to toilets inside small cafe but no showers. Internet provided but weak as you park some distance from the source. We paid 100 pesos for two people and believe this place is by far the best option in this area.

Prices are much higher now, $p880 for a room for one night, only 500 if you stay less than 6 hours ;) I tried to get them down a little on the price but they wouldn’t budge. They must’ve seen that I was hot and tired and ready for a shower. Rooms are clean and AC is cold, plus you get a private garage. You’re only 40 miles from the El Ciebo crossing to Guatemala from here.

yeah I agree with what has been said, convenient post-pre border stop, very very comfy.

obviously used for money laundering considering how gigantic the place is with the permanent absence of customers and canteen that has sittings for 10 people while there are rooms for 250 people but well, really cant complain had problems on my bike and stayed 3 days

Good spot for a night before crossing the border. We paid 100pesos, no shower, bathrooms in the restaurant.

Price went up to $590MXN but with neogation we got them to $500MXN for a double room with A/C for 2 people.
They told us no tent camping possible.

this place is awesome!! large and gated. we paid $200 to park with full use of a room to shower and chill. it's clearly a bit of a "no tell motel" but it's quite fancy. highly recommended as a pre-border stop.

we had 2 kids and a dog and they didn't seem to care.

it's clearly not an everyday thing for them to have campers but I guess they we're not busy.

Prices went up! $500 for a room with AC. But it's the nicest hotel we've stayed in through our Mexico travels. Fast wifi, nice hot shower, and a garage for our car (with enough room for us to work on it). The garages are not big enough to fit big rigs.

Came here hoping to negotiate the same deal as Wake the Dead. First receptionist was unsure and asked another employee who said we could stay in our car for free. Had dinner at the restaurant. Ok food, very warm inside. Menu said it was open until 10pm, went back around 9:30pm to use washroom but it was closed. Was open again at when we went around 7am. Very friendly staff. Decent WiFi.

Hotel, with restaurant and secure parking. We talked them into letting us park our truck within the gated area, use the bathrooms in the restaurant, and wifi for $150 pesos. We also had our dog, so guess they're "pet friendly". Hoping this stop will allow us to make the Guatemala border early in the AM. We'll see! Not sure, but may be able to swing showers too! Very friendly.
