Description
New hostel, opened just last week, which means they are still working on the details. It also means that all bedwear is, like the new wide beds and matresses, cultlery and plates. $10 (6500) for a single in a 4 or 6 bed dorm.
Great breakfast included. Every day various fruits, bread and/or diy toast with jam, dulce de leche and other spreads, tea/coffee, fruit juice, cereals with milk, plus a daily special like filled arepa, ham/cheese tosti, egg done in done way or another.
Kitchenunits still need to be replaced. No microwave, yet.
Warm shower. Reasonable wifi.
Very friendly and helpful. See something that needs attention, just say it.
Room for 4 cars plus some motorbikes behind gated fence.

Very friendly owner that let overlander stay in the driveway if he has space (max 2-3 cars, depending on the size. We JUST fitted with our truck camper through the gate (2.1 meters wide). Great option to explore the city since everything is just a short taxi ride away and it’s safe to park the car because the main gate is always closed.
Price is 5000 Pesos pp including breakfast. There’s electricity available (not in the night sonce they close the door and plugs are inside), clean toilets and hot showers, little garden to hang out and the communal area of the hostal too. Wifi from ok to fast, depending on the day.

Gated parking for rigs/bikes (can fit 2 larger rigs at least).
Great people running the place, very friendly and welcomit.

All in all a good way to park your rig and use the metro (station is close by) to check out the city. Highly recommend.
