Nice little stop for empanadas and a drink. Empanadas made fresh, 20min wait. Super nice owner. Was a nice day to sit out and watch the condors under the fig tree.

Stayed here on our way to Cafayate from Salta. Really peaceful little spot, lots of nature around, showers and bathrooms. Water in the showers is slightly warm from the sun, but really it’s a cold shower. In the heat of the climate it’s perfect though. Lots of little ants everywhere but they didn’t bother us. The only problem we had was in the morning as there is a hive of very tiny bees (or wasps) which wouldn’t stay away from our van. Flying constantly inside so left promptly in the morning! However very quiet, peaceful night in the middle of the mountains. We were charged 2000 ARS per person.

Still a nice place to camp, for only 500$. Arrived late so didn't use showers. Toilets clean and with soap.

Lovely camping area at the back of the place, flat and well taken care of. Clean toilets (running water) and cold showers. We were charged 1,000 pesos per person (March 2023). Helpful owners. The best option in the gorge.

We had some delicous Empanadas and a cold dink here, very nice restaurant and kind family. They also sell some Cookies and homemade vine. Good place to stop and to stay.

Don't know if owners have changed but it was defenitively not a welcoming place. Only one guy managing the place, no family. No food available when we were there. Payed 500peso for 1 tent. Drinks are super expensive: 350 for water (1,5l) instead of 150 and 400 for Aquarius Pomelo (1,5l) instead of 270.

Nice little spot for a night with super friendly family who own the place. $150 per night for 2 adults with a car and tent. Clean bathrooms, with hot water (with notice). Road is quiet at night, but we were kept awake a bit by burros going past (and the dogs barking at them)

Definitely a place to stop for a night when cycling from Cafayate (tent is required) . Jorge, Miriam and her daughter cocked 4 delicious self-made pizzas and a few empanadas salteñas for the four of us. Toilets and hot showers were really cleaned. There is also a nice hike along the creek. In addition, Jorge bakes one of the best bread from the region.
