Very peaceful

Report Check-In

Spend one quiet night at the second pull in next to the lake with another camper. Beautiful spot but unfortunately no fire-fighters action.

Report Check-In

Had a great one night stay here. Pitched my tent by the pond at the second pull in. A beautiful dirt road between a pond and a cattle farm. No one bothered me all night. And no firemen either :)

Thanks for the tip!

We tried it but the mosquitoes were unsustainable. It was hot so needed to keep the windows open and mosquitoes finds their way in through the screens. First time something like this happens. We had to move out middle of the night to go sleep in the nearest Wallmart parking. So no firemans but unfortunately bad experience for us.

Nice little place. Attended The Frogs concert after dusk but The Fireman where a no-show. woke up to a perfect sunrise and admired the healthy cattle around. mama duck has a long line of offspring that she tours around the lake. was there in a van.

We parked at the biggest location, but we make sure to not block the pipe. It was very quiet, except a crapaud or two.

We arrived later so maybe that’s why weren’t disturbed by firemen. A good night of sleep overall.

Just as described earlier. A quant little spot to spend the night with a lake on one side and a farmers field and barn on the other. We parked in the second spot and kept our van off to the side in case the firemen have to come fill up their truck from the outlet coming out of the lake.
Can’t wait to see what the lake looks like in the morning!

Parked at the second spot. Bit of road noise, the cows in the adjacent field were actually louder. All good fun. Will report back if the firemen show up. I think my wife is looking forward to that.

Nice little spot to sleep....
is a little bit confusing. you have there two parking spots- one on the street with 3 lots for normal cars, and a second behind for two bigger car's. there is a sign for no parking to the first parking lot near the street, but I think it is only for the shoulder.
so I parked at the second and bigger one. but there is something like an hydrant for the firefighters. exact 15 minutes after I stay there, the firefighters come to fill up there vehicles- so I moved to the parking lot on the street.
except the noise of the street, and the Moskitos and blackflies, I had here then a quiet night.
