Description

Although it can't compete with the Iguaçu waterfalls, the del Monday waterfall is worth a visit. It seems there are two companies providing entrance to the fall. Because we were camped at Posada del Monday, we could walk to the second entrance, further down the road. We paid 53'000 Gs/pp, elevator included.

Nice waterfall, BUT: way too expensive! Paid 84.000 GS / US$ 12 per Person just for entry, the elevator would have been another 30.000 GS. And there is no other way to the bottom level of the falls, you’d have to take the elevator. Our camper is too high for the gate at the parking- fortunately, otherwise we would have paid for that, too. Just parked a bit up the street.

definitely not worth the entrance fee. 10USD for one, just to get in to the mirador. gotta pay extra for everything.

the price is 62.000 G or 10 US$ pp without elevator, extra cost for elevator is 20.000 G, this is very expensiv for a waterfall

We parked just up the road from the place on the road and did not have to pay to park. Paid 54k pp including elevator. We thought it was worth it.
