Tanzania
Advisable for motorcycles only! This road is partly washed away, and some sections can be extremely narrow and tough to pass with a car. Use extreme caution if passing.
For motorcycles it's rocky and steep, but perfectly fine if you have some off road experience. Enjoy!

Went down after some days of rain in December. Except from one little scary part in the beginning on the top (drifting diagonal down the track in crazy mud) everything else was fine. However no other local cars, just met some motobikers. Would not suggest going uphill in rainy season.
Report Check-InFully agree with the last comments. It was very doable with our LandCruiser. We were now at the start of the short rainy season. The whole road to this point from Lusotho was fine.
Report Check-InThe road must have been fixed since we had absolutely no issue on the way down from Mtti.
we are driving a land cruiser.
parts of it are paved.
This road is stile quite ok. Some rocks in the way in the begining, but it's possible to pass.
Be carefull in rainy season, it's a dart road. If you are driving up be carefull to not burn your engine, its ver steep. Beware that the big rigs might strougle in some corners.
No problem on this road. It’s a new and beautiful road. (See map in picture)
Report Check-InWe asked many locals and this road is indeed not passable by car. Seems like this will not change anytime soon. Mambo View Point will have up to date info on the road status.
