Awesome host who couldn’t do enough for us. We parked out back with our roof top tent. Great shower and roomy backpackers.

Nice place, no wind. We stayed with our van in the garden and we were alone. The house is accessible for cooking, showering, relaxing... the owner is very nice! Is number : +264 063202000

Very good Campspot for 140 pppn
Shelter from the strong wind. Enough Space for 5-7 campers.

nice, clean, cheap room. although very noisy when there are other guests. also apparently reception doesn't open until 2pm...at least that was the case when I arrived at 1pm and called the phone number

Epic place, the best wifi in Namibia so far, east place to park and camp outside the hostel with a roof tent, owner is a legend

It is an nice and old house with rooms to let. You can use kitchen, dining room and toilets. Affordable pricing. At the backyard there is a place to camp with your car. We place with no problems our Toyota Hilux Camper for 5 days. There is space for 2 or 3 more vehicles. Or a big rig. Vehicle entrance separately. 120 NB pp and day. Electricity available at site. Poor wifi in camping área. Best WIFI inside the house. Superfriendly owner Johannes. Laundry avisarle. Just in front of harbour, Deli coffee shop, and Spar supermarket.

what a good place!!!
the host is wonderfully nice and helpful.
beds are good, we were in a family room and we were safe from the wind for a very good price (lower than campsite!)
I strongly recommend 🙏👍

Very friendly owner, Hannes. Safe & secure site with electricity & potable water. We camped on our rooftent behind the Backpackers and paid N$ 120 per adult. New ablutions & shared kitchen at your disposal.

Place is in the center of the city. A few supermarkets are close by. there is a shared kitchen which you can use. This includes a gas cooker and some microwaves.
We paid N$450 for two children and two adults.

middle size expedition truck is ok if not many other cars in backyard parking, shower kitchen and toilet from hostel can be used, wifi not available in parking area, 120pppn is ok but cash only, we stayed 3 nights, good location

The place is a little run down. Offered me a room for N$ 260, then the same room for N$ 150, better negotiate. Camping not possible as the ground is not even. Wifi was bad. The place is okay for a night.

Nice place, nice price, nice facilities and nice owner. What else should we ask for? 120pppn for campsite and 150pppn for a dorm. As there were only 2 other guests the owner gave us a dorm with no one else inside. Kitchen with everything you need including fridge and freezer available. Wifi but slow

This place also has some space for overlanders on its parking area. The owner is super friendly and helped us settled in and with things to do in Luderitz. We had power from one of the boothouses, there was also a toilet we could use. Toilets could be cleaner. Wifi was slow during our stay. Kitchen is fully equipped and clean. Price is 110 N$ pppn.

We stay in one private room with private bathroom for 350 for 2 people.
Nice facilites, great chill area, close to the beach. You can camp for 110 pp.

We came to Luderitz and planned to stay in the campsite on the Shark Island but we’ve got a flat tire so we had to get back to the town and finally we stayed in Backpackers Hostel. Owner was very friendly and helpful, kitchen well equipped, shower with hot water and we got a room for two in the price of dorm. We stayed there for two nights and payed 560N$ for two of us. Laundry available you just have to ask owner (80 N$ per big basket). We recommend this place from the bottom of our hearts- it’s really nice to have a shelter after many days of camping :)

Backpackers place with a fenced parking lot behind it in the centre near the waterfront. Not much flat surface to park your car. No power, outdated abolution inside and slow wifi. Has braai facilities and a kitchen area. It is the cheapest option to park your car though, but maybe it is better to go for some wild camping.

fantastic low budget guesthouse/ camping. really nice owner! shared bathroom and toilets. we were with 2 bikes and small tent. owner offered us one of his small boathuts in the backyuard for the same price only 110 pp. that includes wifi in the shared big livingroom and kitchen you can use. secure parking. recommend the place

The place is a old house with a nice atmosphere. There are small and big rooms available and a few places to camp. There is space for parking.
The owner is very friendly and helpful. Wee payed 350 N$ for two incl. our care with a rooftop tent.
There is good WiFi available in the living room and kitchen.
Good shower and bathroom.
Lüderitz is a windy place but here you cane finde shade. You feel safe and secure. Wee stayed her for for nights.
