Prices are per day (and not 24hours!) so if you arrive friday at 6pm and leave monday morning, you pay 4 days.
Prices : $3 for a car. $5 small bus and $10 big rv. We paid $5 for our 5m long van. We slept in the van on the parking lot Friday night to take the first 7am boat to Bocas. Leiza woke up to open the gate for us at 6:15. Left the van thete 4 night and all good.

Monday evening. No Holiday season. Cars cars and more cars. Even with fewer cars there would be no room for a 7 meter motorhome. It's not to come in, you have to come out one day! or not.

Had my motorbike with all the luggage on top parked there for 4 days! No problems!
If you ask they also have a place to store your motorbike gear without extra charge.

Big parking space for cars and motorcycles. Secure with a tall fence around the property. We left our bikes for 3 days during the weekend. No problems at all. Recomended.

We leave our camper van here. Paid 3 usd per day. Seems to be quiet and with security

It looks like a legit and safe place to park, it is gated and the price is out in the street.
He let us take the keys but we were parked in the corner.
We got there too late for the boat and the owner was still there (he lives in the property) and recommended a hotel to stay overnight.
It seems like the main place where everyone parks and it is 20 m from the water taxis.

Safe parking lot 50 meters from water taxis to Bocas. The lot is very secure and the owner has 5 Rottweilers that stand guard at night. Leiza checked us in with a smile and was very helpful. $3 per day fee. There were at least 25 other cars in the lot and they suggest emailing ahead for a reservation in busy season.
