$15 USD/night in a dorm room that I have to myself. No AC but the fans keep it cool. Cold shower but that's the way I like it in this hot and humid climate. Wifi is fantastic. Dorm has 3 showers, 3 toilets, only one sink. A kitchen, living area up from and a small veranda finish it off. Parking is half a block away from the dorm at the proper D's hotel building... yes, the dorm is a separate building. No drinking water... buy your own. Also, beside the dorm is an open air gym business... and they open early. I heard them this morning before 6 am. Still, for the price, I can't complain. And it's walking distance to town and the market.
officially 30BZD for the dorm, but I got it for 25 (off season). A/C, lockers and hot shower.
Parking is not secure, but good enough.
Fastest wifi ever! 130Mb/sec up and down, fiber connection! I uploaded 50GB of photos/videos in a few hours!
Parking for motorcycles and smaller rigs.
