Description
Dream place! Direct at the beach, under palm trees, very quiet, endless beach.
When you come from Cap Skirring, you have to turn to the left behind the village Boukot Oulof and follow the signs to Hotel Maya. 150 metres before the sea, take the route to the left (Maya Plage). The road is very sandy, so it is good to have a 4X4.
At the beach there are some hotels where you can eat. Nice!

We had some super lovely days here! You can stay with the guys from the Bar... they are super nice. There is a simple toilet. the beach is just amazing... wide white sand - no rubbisch.
You can park underneath some Palm trees in the shade. lovely food... so good 😊

Wonderfully calm. Got a melon as a present from a nice local. Demanding driveway. Lots of sand. All-wheel drive required ...
Yesterday we prepared everything to leave for today, at 02.00 am we got visitors trying to climb in our truck. The used a barrel and prepared a ladder to reach our open window, luckily we woke up cause of the scratching noise and were able to shout them away....

Report Check-InReally nice and calm. A Guy called Victor came around and says it’s his property. Wanted 6000 CFA, we denied it. Maybe you have to talk a bit.
Report Check-InMaya Plage. It's not a bad spot. During the day there's a lot of traffic because tourists with Quads and 4×4 are using this access to the beach.
There is a local , Victor, who wanted to charge us 5000 CFA, because he says it's his place and he keeps it clean. But there's a lot of garbage lying around. At the end of a long discussion we gave him 1000 to keep the situation calm and left the next day.
