Super super friendly staff! We paid 8 pesos for 23 liters.
Opening hours: Monday to Saturday 8am to 18pm
Update. We came back several times at different hours (9am, 10am, 11am, 1pm, 2pm, ........) and the shop was almost always empty. Seems like he opens/closes and takes breaks whenever he wants. We're in Mexico.
