I stopped here for a bite and to hopefully camp, alas the place was all boarded up and completely deserted! Just a couple of dogs hanging around, definitely not open.

Bon endroit pour passer la nuit apres un magnifique couche de soleil Se mettre a l ecart sur le petit chemin pour moins entendre le bruit des camions. Aucun service et un faible reseau tel avec Claro

Good spot to stay at 2500m after the coast. Amazing sunset. Very good and cheap restaurant (12S rice and chicken).

Really nice. After the climb from Nasca, all i needed. Just had to use the bush-toilet, but that's okay. Had some veggie lunch and dinner and stocked up on water.

Report Check-In

we were going to park at the police station up the road, but it looked abandoned. Not really sure why the reports of this area being dangerous; there's nothing and no one around. We parked in the large gravel area across from the restaurant. It's not very level, but there are lots of rocks around to help out. The sunset was beautiful, and the breeze up here is amazing.

Beautiful spot. We parked our VW behind Julia's house on a grassy level area. We bought some stuff in her small shop and asked how much we should pay to overnight. She said 'una propina' so we gave her 10 soles.

nice spot to stay. as described by others.

At 2,500m altitude, good spot to stay a night to allow your body to get used to the altitude before going to the national park at 4000m. Only problem no level ground, but it's not too bad.

Good for a overnight stay. 10 soles for a big meal of fried chicken with rice. Only bummer is that there is no toilet for me. Julia ask me to pee in the bush
