Lots of spots to camp by the river. Quite busy at weekends in the summer. Fishing possible. No facilities. Free. no phone signal
Why? By checking in after you’ve visited a place you let others know this place is still functional. You can also add or correct any information.
By the river. picnic area during the weekend. A bit dirty in the entrance, but nice close to the river. Quiet for one night. Free

Report Check-InVery nice place to stop and sleep. Not so dirty. It is not so easy to get to the river. Not wind so much. Beautiful place.
Report Check-InGreat camping place in nature. Lots of cows when we were there. Good wind protection. The drive up there was also nice.
Report Check-InWe stayed here for two nights. Big grassy area directly at the San Juan river. Nice to stay here for a while. No facilities and its free.
Report Check-InCamped in a large grassy area. Next to the river. Quiet at night. Birds woke us up in the morning. Be sure to take the time to stay awhile. Our ferry tickets are for tomorrow to Terra del Fuego. Dang! This is some of the nicest camping we have seen in Patagonia. Trees, river, big grassy field, the sea. Gorgeous!
