Great place with magical gardens. Host Fred was most helpful with a few technical issues. We left our vehicle there for a week whilst we flew to Namibia.

Stella and Fred are great hosts, they help in any way they can. Fred has a garage on this campsite where you can fix things either yourself or let Fred do it.
The campsite in their spacious garden, almost a botanical garden wonderfully created by Stella, has clean toilets and a hot shower.

This is a great spot to stay coming to or from the airport, we were able to camp for the night in the beautiful garden, Fred was really helpful, knows
a lot about mechanics and even sold us some of his home made sausages to bbq which were amazing. There’s vehicle storage here too.
Great outside hot shower and nice very clean ablutions.

Stella and Fred have a big plot just 8 km from the Lilongwe Airport where it is also possible to store a car. The campsite is in their big garden with a toilet and an outdoor shower.
Stella is a fountain of information and what ever you need or have to organise in Lilongwe, she can help with it, she also has a good relationship with immigration and customs.

Vasbyte although is not an official campsite, is the place to park in Lilongwe.
Fred is the best mechanic and Stella is a turbo engine, she can help you with any problem you encounter. They are outstanding hosts.
We parked there for more than a month with a problem with our vehicle, while they ordered the car parts for us from Germany and took care of everything necessary.
There are toilets, a shower with hot water and the possibility to connect to electricity.
Whoever stays here must love dogs.
Please be in touch with them before you arrive.

Really beautiful garden to camp there. The owner has a lot of animals (birds, dogs, cats...). But all is very, very clean and very well maintained.

Perfect place to park your car in Lilongwe. Very close to airport. Very clean ablutions. 45 Dollar/month for parking. 10 $ airporttransfer, 10 Dollar camping/night. Very friendly owners. They also offer repairs on your car ! Highly recommend it.
