Great spot for some relaxation. Clean flush toilets and strong cold water showers. Shady and cool under the pine trees. Weak cell service. We were alone here for two days in rainy season. Grass was saturated so we parked in the gravel road. We had the use of a palapa to hang our hammock and there was an outdoor sink and a fireplace. We paid $20US a night.
Report Check-InMade a side trip to go here pre border and got turned away. Stated Holy Week and booked out.
The people only took about 10-15% of the space and one of them was translating for us to try to help us get approval at 5 pm after a lot of driving.
He didn’t care if we were there but he was also not the one person who booked the place.
Sad that we went all that way and got turned back at dusk.
Seemed nice enough but right on road
That’s all I can say
Amazing place to spend the night (or two!). We loved it here. Lots of green and shaded areas. Finding flat ground is a bit of a challenge as the land slopes downward ever so slightly. But if you look hard enough, you can find a flat spot.
Bathrooms are clean. Cold shower. And the palapas have electricity.
Perfect for pets.
100 cordobas per person per night.
Report Check-InBeautiful place! Very quiet with tons of room. No size or height restrictions, good for any size rig. We parked here in a 25' Class C towing a car. Dog friendly.
Price was a bit high but as I had already driven there..oh well. $ 325 Nicaraguan.
