Showed up to long row of palapas. Caretaker wanted $40, settled on $30. There are showers and flush toilets. But seems slightly abandoned. Cell signal strong.

Drove in and spoke to caretaker, self contained van not needing any services, he was firm on 40USD. Place was deserted. We left went to Residence Betel for 200 pesos.

Bathrooms extra, showers extra, no views. so we drove North a few miles and came across this place and we are very happy here. $40 per night. includes sea front space, bathrooms and showers. Boondocking. Star rating won't let me rate higher
