Nice campsite with clean bathrooms and washing areas, plenty of shade and close to the beach. Next to the school so a bit noisy during the day. Security and fenced.

We stayed there for 1 night. Campsite is quite nice as already described, showers were not really clean. No water in the morning due to defect pump! They didn’t tell us upon arrival! 360 ZAR p night for 2 Pers.
Report Check-InCampsite has been taken over by the Mbotyi River Lodge. Grass is cut and sites are clean with electricity, light and water. Amenities are functional and clean. Would visit again. Restaurant at Lodge can be used. Lodge also has a bar and WiFi. Cost was R150 pppn. Can be noisy at night with neighbouring locals.
Report Check-InSmall, very uneven campsite - specifically suited for small tents. Good shade, but no view. All the basic amenities, but very neglected. Rating:2/5. Could have been a 3, but not at the daily tariff charged.
Report Check-InThis was a great campsite. It is a community project with Mbotyi lodge hosting the office at their reception. Grass with shade. Clean ablutions. Hot showers and electricity. We managed with the Iveco daily 4x4 in terms of size and space
Report Check-InAbsolutely terrible, NO SEA VIEW only dry Bush. Very run down and not maintained at all. Broken facilities.
Report Check-InGreat camp site with views of the beach and rolling green hills.
This site is run by the local community and is in tip top shape (or at least on par with most SA canpy sites).
