Description

Located in the mountains of San Ramón de Alajuela; within the facilities of Finca Noemy, a farm dedicated to the cultivation and development of coffee, in addition to the conservation of flora and fauna since 1982.

We have a single camping area ideal for travelers with truck campers and motor bikes. It has an amazing view of the mountains with a shelter to cook, relax, and have a fire.

IMPORTANT NOTE: The campsite can only fit one vehicle! Please message ahead of time! We can accommodate multiple vehicles and large RVs but it takes extra coordinating. PLEASE message us ahead on WhatsApp at our business cell phone +506 8803 1966 (English/Spanish via Google Translate).

In addition to the Camping area, we have 2 Ecolodge cabins equipped for the pleasure of those looking for pleasant rest and connection with nature, they have a maximum capacity of 4 people per cabin.

We have a newly renovated restaurant with a full bar and restaurant. We offer national beers, our own Artisan Cervza, Wine, Rum, Vodka, and Whiskey. The food service is what we call "Modern Tico" which is typical Costa Rican meals with a creative flavorful flair.

We have an external bathroom in walking distance of the camping site. The showers are under construction at the moment.

Our green areas and gardens are suitable for a picnic, or to enjoy a nap in one of our hammocks.

The price per night is ¢6,000 per vehicle. We do not charge by the person! : )

1 motorbike has a minimum charge of ¢6,000. 2 motorbikes is still ¢6,000.

We lock the gate at 8pm! Call and message on WhatsApp (+506 8803 1966) ahead to arrange arrival. We are an active coffee farm and place of dwelling and are not always around.

We loved it so much the first time we camped here we had to come back for a second stay. The campsite has a great view and is very quite and secluded, we stayed for a week. We had an excellent dinner at the restaurant and several gourmet coffees. Don't forget to buy a bag or two of their coffee, it's delicious!

This was the perfect spot to tent camp with motorcycles. There is a covered area at the camping spot for the rain and an amazing view. We went to the Restaurant/common area for some great coffee infused beers and returned in the morning for a reasonably priced breakfast with some great coffee. The new management are doing a great job, are very proud of the area and will happily help with activities in the area.

Great location, they have sites for camping and cabanas as well. Amenities at campsite are firepit with wood, table, flat level grassy sites all the lemons and fallen bananas you can find and an Amazing view. No WiFi, power or water at site but is available at main building. Cost is $10 for 2pp camping in rooftop tent.

Stayed one night, arrived when night fell. Friendly owner (US-American) was surprised we found them and wanted to know how we found them. They have only one spot for 4x4/roof top tents, which in rainy season is rather muddy. Toilet is down a little path. Are in the process of constructing more cabins/toilets/sites(?). Run a coffee farm with excellent coffee.
Paid 20 Dollars. Many dogs in the neighborhood barking until the early morning.

This place is absolutely beautiful. Amazing views and the kindest people we’ve met in CR. There are several camping spots available. Cabins are also available; there’s a restaurant with yummy food as well. They produce high quality coffee (you will want to buy some for sure). One of the nicest places we visited in CR.

We found out that this place is a bit run down. The views are great but the coffee finca looks unkempt. We where able to stay at one place up close to the road, close to the really basic but clean bathrooms. The second place is down, more close to the coffee trees but far away from the bathrooms. This place has a stunning few. Unfortunately there is a tree with branches that doesn't allowed us to get down there.

Very nice campsite, C3000 pp/pn easy access to shops and restaurants, good option if you want to explore the area.
They also have some very nice cabañas complete with kitchens.

Really nice place and friendly owner. There are several camping places. We stayed at a grassy field left of the entrance, but this place is maybe to small for big rigs. We paid CRC 4000 ppn.

Eco Lodge in the San Ramón mountains, very close to the city center at only 9.4km.
We have equipped cabins, more than 5 areas for all types of camping, restaurant, internet access, showers, restrooms and all amenities.
In addition to being an Eco Lodge we are a Gourmet Coffee production farm, we have coffee tours available throughout our Finca that has a lot of flora and fauna.
Much privacy, security and peace, ideal to live with nature, coffee and Costa Rican traditions.

We loved being able to have a fire, and it was a beautiful, quiet spot, but the access road to the camping spot is vert narrow. We bent the running board on our Dodge Ram 3500 going around a 90 degree corner on the narrow treed lane. The toilets and shower are also far away, maybe 500 metres down the narrow lane.
If you are small and do not need facilities, it is a lovely spot.
