Spent a very quiet night here with just one other van. Google says this place used to be a "solar demonstration park". It's abandoned now, but makes for a great picnic or overnight spot with the gazebos. The google street view photos look the same in 2008 as it does today.

Observatory visible on the nearby mountain top. Star gazing was spectacular.
