Description

No solo camping here, only for RVs, Asked to camp and they said NO

Very new and nice looking place with full hookups, wifi, showers, gated, small Cafe. It's a pretty nice setup but they wanted $25/night for my family of 4. If you need a secure and full-service RV Park this place would do well. Turn just after the gas station

Prices August 18 for two:
Full hookup: $20
No hookup or breakfast $12

Latest Check-Ins

We stayed here for a full week and paid $22/day as weekly-rate. Yes, it's more of a parking lot than a campground, but it was perfect for us as we took advantage of the cooler temperature in Boquete and did some minor repair and maintenance projects as well as a spring cleaning. So it was good to have water and dumping right there. They also offer laundry service - we paid $10 flat - no matter weight or volume, at least that's what they told us. The cafe is surprisingly busy, especially towards and on the weekend. Also the cabanas get frequented quite a bit. So a lot of coming and going. Again, since we were in work mode, we didn't mind.

Report Check-In

Four nights in a first rate facility. Electrical plug in for each gravel parking spot with grass alongside. Sewer dump, non potable water faucet, strong WiFi and a cool mountain climate. Toilets have full amenities and are spotlessly clean as are the showers with boiling hot water. There is a restaurant and bar on site, laundry service, friendly staff and a delightful park next door, with handicap accessible paths picnic tables, streams and a duck pond. Never seen a park like it since the US. 15 minute walk to downtown which has a large expatriate community and fearsomely expensive restaurants as a consequence.

Report Check-In

Stopped by here just after sunset. They wanted $18 for two people in a van. They didn’t care if we used electricity or not. The lady talking with me said the owner wasn’t there to talk about any other prices (we showed the comments here about paying less without electricity).

She also wanted us to park in the flooded grass when there were three spots available with gravel (and we had already parked). Weird vibe. Not an actual RV park as mentioned below. We left for the hostel up the street.

Report Check-In

Very good place, bit expensive(18$/2pn) but the facilities are super clean, with soap, toilet paper and hot shower☺️ Good WiFi, electricity and water. Friendly staff. In the end spent 4 nights. Recommended.

Report Check-In

Very good small RV Park with a wonderful Café & Restaurant. Nestor & the Owner Xavier and the stuff super friendly. Stayed 8 nights here to cool down. WiFi most of the time good, as well for uploads. Full hookup possible. Super Clean toilets and warm showers. Paid 15$/ night (weekly rate) without energy but water, potable. Can definitely recommend this super nice very quiet gated spot. They also have 8 rooms.

Report Check-In

Ok place to spend the night. Although I cannot say this is an RV park. I added a photo and it is more a parking spot for the restaurant and bakery than anything else. The price of 15 dollars is on the limited of what it is worth.

Report Check-In

very good location on Boquete
for any type of rv

Report Check-In

we arrived by night about 9pm without reservation, we paid 14$ for a parking spot, good wifi and hot water but bathroom and toilet were not very clean.

Report Check-In

Nice place to explore town and surroundings. Nice area to hang out with good Wifi. Small restaurant on site. Clean bathrooms and warm shower. We stayed 3 nights with our van and paid $14/night.

Report Check-In

Wanted $20 per night for the van. Weren’t willing to negotiate when we said we didn’t want any services. We didn’t stay.

Report Check-In

Great option to camp, we paid $14 per night (2 ppl, 1 van) beautiful and clean bathrooms and showers, hot water, wifi, nice seating area, laundry service available, gated and secured, short walking distance from town center, leveled parking spots, amazing weather at night and very nice and helpful staff.

Report Check-In

We stayed for three nights and had a pleasent stay. Felt very secured. We paid 12 USD for two persons in a van one night. The Malu Café offers healthy and priceable food. Clean bathroom and friendly staff.

Report Check-In

Price for Toyota Land Cruiser and two people camping in November 2021 was
12 $ per night.

Friendly people, good facilities, hot shower, good potable water, perfect if you want a bit more comfort for a night or two.

Report Check-In

Stayed here for two nights. 25$ per night (normally 30$ but you can negotiate). Bathrooms are clean and wifi is ok. The restaurant and Café next to the RV park is really good and the prices are ok.

Report Check-In

Wanted 35usd for a big rig, even though the place was empty, except for two permanent tourer caravans.
I parked at the gymnasium, just by where you turn into the short road leading to the camp site. Free.
Asked the local people in the houses opposite. No problem at all!

Report Check-In

The entrance is at the left, just in front of Café & Bakery Malú. With our motorhome, we (2 people) stayed for 14 nights, 18$/night. Payment at arrival, credit cards accepted. Unfortunately, the hot shower worked intermittently only. Mondays, the café and the gate to the camping are closed.

Report Check-In

We had two nights with a 24 feet. Very nice camping, all services. Very nice staff, we paid $ 18 per night.

Report Check-In

basic description as below. but also very kind. my wife dislocated her little finger. they drove us to David and waited 4 hours until she was treated. they did not want us to pay for the ride. great service!!!!!

Report Check-In

This is a very good base camp for Boguete. The Bakery Cafe serves excellent food. We paid $16 for a full hook-up spot. They really try to do everything they can for you. I asked for a grande y fuerte latte and they served a larger stronger latte for the same price as the smaller weaker one the day before. The 1/2 chicken dinner with an extra side of mashed potatoes, to go with the salad and roasted veggies, was almost more than my wife and I could eat splitting it. We normally due almost all our own cooking, but we stayed here two days and ate their food and drank their coffee feeling quite spoiled. If you really want to be spoiled, go to the Bambuda Castle, but you cannot stay in your van there.

Report Check-In

$15 per two persons.
Nice!Clean!
Good food, close to town.

Report Check-In

Excelente estadía, altamente recomendable

Report Check-In

Excelente lugar, todas las facilidades. Gran hospitalidad de los dueños. Altamente recomendable.

Report Check-In

as described, excellent little place with full hookups and secure parking.
you can get a remote to open the gate if you want to venture out at night but Boquete is really a sleepy little town.

Report Check-In

We stayed here 3 nights after two weeks of wild camping on the beach
Fresh nights it was so cool
Really friendly owner.
Really clean place and good wifi !
15$ par night

Report Check-In

Everything has been perfect.
A peaceful place. The bathrooms always clean.
For the space you pay 15.00 per night.
They also have RV for lodging.

Report Check-In

First they were not sure if we can camp with our rooftop tent, but then it was ok. Nice place with very clean facilities. Unfortunately we had very strong winds during our stay so it was very loud together with the party in the restaurant. But of course that may be different in other times.

Report Check-In

Came here to camp but originally they wanted $20 without breakfast. I said thats way to much so they went down to $15 without breakfast I mentioned the $12 paid by other Overlanders and they said we'd have to stay 3 nights to get that. Moved on to the much nicer Pension Topas up the road which we'd recommend over this place.

Report Check-In

Stayed here for four nights. Great place for a few days. Not as beautiful as other places but ok for a „city“. Wifi, hot showers, washrooms, Restaurant with good coffee and beers for fair prices! Payed 15$ a night for the two of us, including a nice breakfast!

Report Check-In

Stayed here for 2 weeks. Excellent facilities. Good food at the cafe. Highly recommended this place.

Report Check-In

No solo camping here!!!!!!!!!
Travelling 2up asked to camp and they said only RVs......

Report Check-In

Report Check-In

Rina and Javier the owners are very good hosts. Felt confortable and enjoyed the grass area/ like having your own little backyard. Wifi was very good! We recommend staying here and meeting the very nice hosts

Report Check-In

We stayed two nights and payed $12 per day with no-hookup.
Great place to stay, nice little breakfast starting at 8:30 (when the Cafe opens), close to town and a lavanderia nearby.
The only downside is the rooster who starts cockadoodling at 5am.
Closed on mondays, they left the lock open for us to exit, I am not sure how you could get in on a Monday though.

Report Check-In

Wonderfull place! All is perfect! We stayed here for 5 nights! Wifi very fast, toilet very clean, hot shower, staff very friendly. Breakfast inclued in the price!

Report Check-In

Wonderful campground specifically for RVs. Full Service $20 USD per night that also includes breakfast. After 18 months on the road this was a wonderful way to end our journey.

Report Check-In

They asked for 15 $ for a night. Really okay for good showers (hot), bathrooms with paper (see fotos), strong WIFI and a TV in the nice cafe to look the soccer world cup 😊.

Report Check-In

Super great. Beautiful facilities. Javier, the owner is really nice and very helpful, loves Overlanders. Came as a single girl in a camper van and feel very safe. Decent rates and has a lot to offer... plugs, grassy spots, and beautiful views! Clean facilities and great coffee shop. NEW!!!!: from suggestions from Overlanders, they now offer a free small breakfast with your reservation/night stay. Coffee refills included!!

Report Check-In

We negotiated $15 for 2 people for 3 days. Location is good as one can walk to town. They have a nice coffee and bakery on site, which seems to be owners focal point of attention. It just opened and is not more than a parking lot with full services at this stage. There are no trees or bushes, and some materials from construction are still on site. Loud Labrador and roosters just behind the parking spots in an adjacent property.

Report Check-In

We spend our Easter Weekend here. Very nice and clean american RV-Park. It is basically a gravel lot and every parking spot has its own small grass patch. Full Hook-Ups, very clean showers and bathrooms and great WiFi even in your vehicle. We were the only guests. If it is full, the spots might be a little close to each other.
The price is easily negotiable. She started with 20 USD for the two of us. The owner and staff is really nice, and the temperatures in Boquete are great :)

Report Check-In

The place looked great, but they wouldn't let me stay because I have a camper van. He said they only allow RVs. Seemed kinda stupid. Anyhow, I stayed at the Pension Topas instead. Just as nice, cool people and closer to town. No Brainerd.

Report Check-In

Very nice campground. Brand new and has everything you need. From the best WiFi we used in a long time to clean shower and bathrooms. Walking distance to town. The small café offers delicious home baked cake and coffee. The staff is super friendly and helpful. We were quoted 22$ per night for two people but we manage to negotiate.
