Visitor Center staff said this is a new policy beginning summer 2022.

Report Check-InLive fairly close to Port Stanley. Had occasion to be here twice this week. Couple trailers here both times. Area is very clean. Would be very nice to watch the sun rising over the lake.

Report Check-InStayed last night, no issues. A couple other trailers in the parking lot. No signage disallowing overnight parking. Pulled the blinds, and slept soundly!

Report Check-InGreat spot, I stayed at the beach side. Very busy during day with lots of surfers, it was very windy. Lots of youth in cars at night but no one bothered me. Ports potties on site.
Report Check-InI slept in my van at the beach parking lot right next to this one. It's much more beautiful since it's right by the water. Got to see some surfers at sunset and a beautiful sunrise over the lake. There was one other car that parked by us overnight. Highly recommend!
Report Check-InQuiet during the night. Even a police car showed up in the morning but didn't bother us. Good place for a night before visiting the US.
Report Check-InLarge parking lot right on the pier. There are no signs disallowing overnight parking/camping. Busy during the day, but very quiet at night (except for the sound of waves hitting the shore and truck drivers that came a couple times) Also trails leading to a little beach, which could possibly be used for camping also!
