Description

Night was approaching and we asked the family running the place if we could park for the night. We have agreed 150 pesos and were glad with the hospitality. We had a couple mescals and talked about a number of things. They can prepare food and sell groceries if needed. It is kind of miscelanea store with paved parking. They also sell gas and diesel. The parking is fenced and gate is closed at night. We felt pretty safe.

Latest Check-Ins

Nothing special. On our way to the coast, we drove by a number of beautiful camping sites in order to get to this spot because we thought it might be more secure to park behind the locked gate. But in the end, there was no gate... and the potential morning view was obstructed by ugly decrepit buildings... do yourselves a favour and stay further up the mountain! (At least we didn’t pay to stay there...)
