Anything bigger than a slide-in truck camper is unlikely to fit. Lovely people, lots of animals (the kittens are so dang cuddly!) All of the facilities are being redone at the moment. The toilets function and the showers work, but are without hot water at the moment. The kitchen is being entirely redone and isn’t usable yet. All in all it’s a very relaxing place and what it lacks with the facilities being worked on is made up for with such a welcoming atmosphere.

Check out the walking path Guillermo created through his forrest. It's beautiful and a lot of fun.

A farm in the middle of nature. Guillermo and his family had some volunteers when we were there. It is a kind of creative chaos, but very sympathic. There were hens, geese, ducks, lots of chicken, sheeps, cows, cats, dogs. The track through the almost untouched cold rainforest alone, which Guillermo keeps for the guests, is already worth the visit! The two bathrooms are very simple, the showers VERY hot. Take a porch along. We paid 10,000 Clp for a big rig and two persons. Wifi was slow and not constantly available. Electricity is only available near the main house.

Stayed in a Cabaña.
Lived the wood heater.
we arrived wet and weary from bicycling in the rain enroute to Castro. The cabin was a welcome refuge and the owners were very pleasant and proud of their farm.
They also have a refugeo for back backers. a large dorm room for laying out your bed roll and camping area.

Very very friendly owners. We arrived in very rainy and windy weather. We were allowed to park our van next to the refuge. Inside we found tables, chairs, a place to make fire (under the chimney) and even table football and darts. WiFi available, reliable signal. The bathroom is also inside the refuge. Although not completely finished, there was hot water (solar-powered). At night the weather turned so bad that they even offered us to sleep inside their house (which we declined). Price 5.000 CLP per person. Before we left we bought some artesenal cheese from them which tasted delicious. Definitely recommended.

Add-on : 2 sinks with hot water. One very hot shower. Large wooden tables in a common room. Tables outside in the grass for the sunny days. Quiet. Very friendly Guillermo.

Open on begin October, bathroom not completely finished but the solar water/heater works well, hot water only @ shower.
Even on rainy day.
We paid 10.000 for two pers and a van. They sell milk and eggs (5 eggs for 1000).

Nice and friendly place indeed. And contrary to what the map suggests, it's not right next to the road so road noise is not a problem. Nice and quiet!

Guillermo and Daniela are living in this wonderfull site of permaculture. they also offer a cabaña (50 000 - 60 000 cp) with a double bed and two simple ones and a camping site / refuge (5 000 cpp).
their way of life is just amazing ! in the middle of this regeneration way farm, you will learn and bring with you new idea.

We stayed here a few night with pour campervan. Guillermo and his wife are so welcoming. They have a beautiful space. They do their own cheese that they sell. They live very simple here and are willing to share their way of life with travelers. Help them develop their project !
