It appears the water in El Bolson has been contaminated by sewage upstream, consequently many campsites do not have potable water although their entry may indicate otherwise. None of the garages had potable water.

I'd say this info is outdated. Drinking water seems fine, we're at a campground and everyone is drinking the water.
