We parked here for one day, while exploring the city. We didn’t sleep here but seems safe.

We asked to park here for the day in the back out of the way. They said no. We're in a 26 ft class C RV. Definitely not small but not a monster either. Not sure they will allow you to park overnight here, but you could probably get away with it without telling anyone and arriving at dusk.

No shade from trees and believe it could be noisy. There is an undercover car park that is 2.4 high. We went to Sam club around the corner, parked under some tree coverage. There was
another camper when we arrived
around 7pm, so felt comfortable and safe, police drove past a couple of times that night and plenty of artificial light around. Very quiet, had a good nights sleep

stayed here one night after we asked the security guard. a little bit noisy indeed but nothing that some earplugs can't fix 😉 (don't know what people expect from a free parking lot in the middle of a city). slept well and felt safe. would recommend it

Safe and quiet. Stayed one night. Arrived on a Friday and didn't hear any loud music. Great small grassy area to walk the dogs.

Aparentemente seguro e tranquilo, tem banheiro limpo no Walmart, depois das 23h não fica mais ninguém por lá. E tem posto de gasolina para pegar água bem pertinho.

Very quiet during the week, felt safe. The police turned around many times during the night.

We tray to overnight here (Saturday) and was impossible. The music from two bars was really insane. So we just move to Sam Club supermarket few blocks away, te place is quiet, nobody bother us and we feel safe.

Intentamos dormir aquí pero la música se 2 bares estaba tan fuerte que hacía vibrar nuestro camper. Decidimos movernos al supermercado Sams, a unas cuadras.
Allí dormimos tranquilos, sin ruidos y nadie nos molestó. Parece un lugar seguro.

We parked and slept here without asking anybody. No problems at all. Just loud music from the bar in the corner, right in front of Office Depot, until 1am.

We stayed one night with the blessing of Walmart security, too bad they forgot to mention the over the top loud bar that started up about 10pm and partied on until 3:30 in the morning, that was a Wednesday, I’m sure weekends are worse.

I talked to security in the shop: There is no guard at night but the police comes round regularly. I did not find that safe enough and moved to the commercial parking, 100 pesos for 24 hours. Clean toilette.

No issus, only loud music from Walmart, they turned it off around 1am. On the right side there are parking spots without a roof.

Stayed 4 nights while visiting campeche. We talked also to the security and they said its no problem to stay overnight. Free WiFi and Toilets as said before. There is a home depot construction market just a few meters away.

Stay for 2 nights while visiting Campeche. Walmart open until 11. Wifi and WC.
Close by, at the next direccióne ,Calle 10 No. 86, Barrio de San Francisco, 19.850658, -90.523620 you find the best restaurant in town by far. Food is amazing and the prices are good. Comeduría los Portales de San Francisco is the name, the made the best Horchata ever along with some other drink. Same owner for over 40 years, he is always at the restaurant. It is a MUST if you come to Campeche.

We stayed here for two nights, no issues. Clean bathrooms inside the Walmart. We bought groceries too, the produce is pretty good, the fried chicken sucked though! We should have known. ;)

We asked a walmart security guard to stay overnight. It was fine. The store closed on 22 pm. Noise and traffic in the evening, the night was surprising quiet.
