It's a former campsite, now open and free. Many places for this park and no problem to spend the night. The water is a little dirty but we can swim. Barbecues available but have not served for centuries. Quiet place in nature. No showers and no toilet

Electricity working at sites. Maybe because of high season. Great place. Limited facilities.

Report Check-In

I visited this place for a swim in the river. Nice beach and lots of space. I'd already found a secluded spot about half a mile before tucked away behind some bushes.

There was music playing in the distance when I was there and a handful of families were swimming in the river. It reminded me of a British Beach on a quiet day.

We spent 3 nights there. Camping area with sun and shade. Facilities gone. Posibility for swimming and fishing. Two km to town to buy groceries.Noisy at weekends. Was free.

Camping Municipal Playa Paraiso is a approx. 500m long driveable sandy, grassy, beach strip along the river berth, with the possibility for swimming. There are facilitys but all are damaged or gone. So you must have everthing with you. But the place was for free, and is still a good option for an overnight stay ore more.
