Drove through at 8:15 a.m. on a Tuesday and no one was on duty. We passed right through.

Passed here on my motorcycle.

They asked for my passport, TIP, and vehicle registration (or title). The guy left with my papers into the office for about ten minutes. When he came back, he returned my documents and told me I could go.

Nobody checked my luggage or asked any questions. Total time was about ten or fifteen minutes.

Nothing asking. Just passing trough. Was 1 November, holidays and 6pm.

Control of papers from foreign vehicels. Took 10 to 15 min without any problems. TIP was stamped.

they stamped our TIP and registered our passports. a few hundred meters further there’s a toll you don’t have to pay if headed to Arequipa (you pay on the opposite direction, towards Tacna).

Southbound and we did not even get stopped, just waived through.

Just got waived. Nobody seemed to care about cars, only buses.

Customs check - checked our car documents only and asked where we were travelling to.
