Description

Oceanside hotel with range of prices and rooms. We had a nice oceanside room, we negotiated 3 nights for $110. The manager Tony said he would let overlanders camp in the parking lot for $20 a vehicle. Beautiful location that is supposed to have good surfing. WiFi is pretty slow.

Great location. Planned to camp in my tent here but it was raining when I arrived, so I grabbed a bed in the 6-bunk dorm for $25 for one night. Had the dorm to myself with A/C. Didn't use the pool, but the kitchen was handy. Shared bathroom next to the dorm with cold water shower. Restaurant on site is overpriced, so I ate a delicious cheap seafood dinner at Restaurante Wahoo a few hundred metres down the road.

Wonderful place with a really friendly owner. Could stay on the graveled parking under big trees. Little kitchen, toilet and shower nearby. Also pool, tabletennis and the chillingareas with seaview. 15US$ for the van and two persons.

Really beautiful spot, we spent two nights here. The surf was fun and great for beginners. Still 15 per night. pool, shower, table tennis.

What a great place to spend a week. They allow overlanders to stay in the parking for $15dlls per car which is great as they give you access to a very nice pool and of course showers, bathrooms and WiFi. They are a pet friendly hotel. Surf in front was pretty good during our stay and staff is also very nice. There was a water faucet in the parking which we were allowed to use. No electricity to hook up. Gardens are very well taken care of, and well maintained ñ, the hotel is located in a cliff in front of the surf break. Don’t miss this place in Panama if you surf.

Overlanders welcome! No height restriction, large parking area, use of bathroom and shower in a hostel(beside the hotel). You are free to enjoy the facilities (pool, sitting area). All comes with a Beautiful view, beach and surf. We (2 and a truck camper) were charged $15 per night. Restaurant on site.
Previous review was due to new staff not knowing the policy.

We went to see if we could camp there and they said that they don’t offer this kind of services. No camping possible there.

Really cool spot. They let me boondock in my van for $5 per night. Full service bar, restaurant and pool available. They can also help you out with fishing tours, (apparently some of the best in Panama). Also, if you surf, there is a killer A-frame right out front on the reef, (best on mid to high tide).

Got an ocean view double with private bathroom for $50/night in busy season. The surf break is directly in front of hotel. Pool, restaurant, bar on-site with friendly hosts and great views. Wifi is very good in back by the pool. Clean rooms, safe parking, chill local vibe, family owned place.
