Nice bungalows on the beach, great wifi, 2 working spas, pool. Camping in parking lot. $20/nt over holiday weekend. As of 6/2/2017 no camping or rv park. 100 plus for bungalow on beach.

It is a place with very good weather, very private in either of the two places. It is a very hospitable community! and with a lot of recreational activity.
Report Check-InRv camping on their old sign "surf colony" but now it's "surf camp" they do not allow rv camping. Small casita 100 plus 50 usd dog fee. Large condos are going to be built at Cerritos club restaurant so prices to go up and boondocking or camping on the beach will not be allowed after the man takes control.
Report Check-InAs described above. Cost was $35 USD per night to camp in dusty parking lot. Didn't stay. More of casita-type of living with surfing. Cost for a studio casita $199/USD per night.
