Description

Camp on a dirt track off Uzengi Valley 15 minutes from Ortahisar. Great views and very quiet. We stayed three nights and just saw the horses from the nearby ranch strolling past daily Really enjoyed this spot. It's an unpaved road, but 4x4 not necessary.
It's also a very nice drive if you continue east. High clearance is helpful, but big rigs might struggle.

Latest Check-Ins

Fantastic place and no risk of being woken by the balloons. Track approaching through the valley from Ürgüp is very steep and has some washouts — did it in low-range and with central diff lock to protect the track. Explore the little valley below the spot on foot and discover the small gorge towards North. Had a hoopoe bird visiting multiple times!

Report Check-In

I stayed a bit further down in the valley.
2WD and non proper 4x4 please walk the trail a bit before going down, I encountered big ruts in the road, needed diff locks to get through.
Also some hunting going on.

Report Check-In

Nice place, quiet at night. Road can be muddy and tricky. 4x4 might be helpful.

We drove more down into the valley . There you can find more beautiful spots. We camped there for a couple of nights. Very quiet and nobody around. Great to hike a little bit around in the valley
