Recanto dos Papagaios | Informal Campsite

A maior vantagem é que o Recanto dos Papagaios está do ladinho da BR, é um pequeno desvio. O lugar é beeeem amplo, e mesmo abandonado é super lindo. Até onde sei, era cuidado pela Caminhos do Paraná (empresa de pedágio que possui concessão no momento), mas que não está realizando as manutenções necessárias. Por isso, o lugar não possui água nas torneiras, os banheiros não estão funcionando e há muito lixo espalhado. Estivemos durante o inverno e durante a semana, e estava completamente vazio. Acredito que em outros momentos a infraestrutura possa melhorar, paramos apenas para almoçar, mas acho que não haveria problemas se acampássemos :)

Lovely spot a little off the highway with plenty of covered picnic tables, grills and a playground. Nice place for lunch and possibly to stay- but there are a few signs saying that camping is prohibited.

Beautiful quiet picnic area of the BR-277. Traffic noise during the day but tranquil at night. We stayed here for a night to break up the journey.

Nice place to stay for a night. The highway is near so there is some noise all the night. A lot of picknick tables and firepits. We were alone sunday night. Free!

Established park along a river rocky beach. A lot of barbecue places, toilets, playground. We were off season and it was nobody during 2 days. We parked close to a pine forrest on the way back to the BR-277 main road. Beautiful, safe and quiet.
