As we entered with a 7 Days Transit Visa we extended our Visa here for one Month. You could also extend to two or more Month. One Month costs 5.000 MWK (5,80 Euro). They stamp your passport, you pay the Fee, that's it. Done in 5 Minutes. Friendly People.

This Immigration Office is still operating. Olthough our 30 days Visa was only 7 days old, they extended it from the expiraring date on for another 30 days, fast and friendly, 5000 Kwatcha each
Report Check-InWent here with our 7 day transit visa we got one day earlier coming from Zambia. The official told us that a 30 day extension is MK5000 and 60 day MK10000. We paid MK5000 and got 60 days anyway. Took less than 5 minutes.
