Would definitly recommend for not-too-complicated problems of not-too-complicated cars.
We had our clutch pump give out while parked at nearby Hotel Oberland. We went to look for him, and he came over the same day (don't depend on him showing up at a certain time, just go get him). He sent us to find the stuff to fix it. We were charged 70 Bs. Afterwards the pump was still leaking. We went back, he identified the problem and sent us to a place where they could improve the pump a bit.
We'd also had some cardan (drive shaft) problems, which he promptly identified. In the same metal workshop they improved the piece. At that workshop it was another 70 Bs., plus some 50 Bs. for the mechanic. However, he didn't tell us the cardan should be balanced, which probably is why we still have some vibrations.
Severo does not speak English.

In fact since 2 years Severo sold it to this guy, but he is also a good mechanic, speaks only spanish but easy to communicate with.
