Nice place, but they asked for 300 Quetzal for 2 Person/Night. That seemed not appropriate to us. Price was not negociable. Therefore we didn't stay and went to the Eventcenter 10 km further in direction to the Border (also named in IOverlander with the old name El Gran Palmar 150 Quetzal)

Maintenant 250 Quezales... Beaucoup trop cher pour ce qu'ils offrent selon nous.
Très beau restaurant, piscines un peu sales, douches froides. Toilettes dans le restaurant propres. Vous dormez dans le stationnement.
Nous avons dû y dormir quand même car nous sommes arrivés tard, mais nous croyons qu'à ce prix vous pourrez trouver mieux!

Now 250 Quezales... Far too expensive for what they offer in our opinion.
Very nice restaurant, slightly dirty pools, cold showers. Toilets in the restaurant clean. You sleep in the parking lot.
We had to sleep there anyway because we arrived late, but we believe that at this price you can find better!

After taking the lunch here (good food and service) we cannot negociate the price to spend the night on the parking : 150Q

They let me buy beers and nachos and spend the night for free. No problem. I was the only one in the parking lot for the night.

We tried to camp here but the guard said it was closed until 7:00 the following day and would not let us park/camp here. This is definitely the best option before the border so we were pretty upset that we did not get to stay.

Gratuit pour la nuit si vous consommez quelque chose au restaurant (rapport qualité prix correct). Équipe très sympa, lieu fermé et sécurisé 24/24 par un gardien armé. Vaste parking à l’ombre, calme la nuit, chien bienvenus. Électricité un peu partout sous le palapa du restaurant, pas de wifi. Douche, toilettes et piscine disponibles. Très bon spot pour passer la nuit avant de passer la frontière du Salvador qui est a 20 minutes.

Very large, nice grounds. Security guard there all night. Great last stop in Guatemala before crossing the border!

We park overnight in the large parking lot. Beautiful, full off mango three, toilet avalaible and they offered the piscine also !!
We stay for free but they prefere that you eat at the resto. Staff helpfull and welcoming

We fit in with 12,14 feet height. Hadn't used the pools (too dirty). But a good spot to spend the night near the border.

The restaurant is not doing for vegetarians but the staff cook pasta for us.

We eat at the restaurant and could camp there for free. It’s safe and almost quiet. Toilets are open all night. Pool is nice.

Very nice place. Parked under Mango trees, free if you eat at restaurant. Nice pool and showers. In the evening loud music from bar at the other side of the street but quiet at night. very friendly people.

This was a great place to spend the night before crossing the border into El Salvador. As others have said, you can spend the night for free in their large parking lot. The staff is friendly and helpful, allowing you to use the grounds when you eat a meal at the restaurant. The grounds and the Palapa restaurant are beautiful. We recommend this place

Stayed here having dinner. Allowed us to use pool and showers first. not a big menu but good food and priced okay. There was a big screen TV on which we were able to watch some Olympics. No Wi-Fi. Good Tigo reception. Gate locked at night around 8:30 and opened before 7:00. Some traffic noise in evening and morning.

we decided to break up the drive to El Salvador after getting a late start. this was a great stop. beautiful grounds and friendly staff. free to camp in exchange for dinner. the entrance gate was nice and high and allowed us at 11.7 ft to enter. armed and closed at night. great spot and recommended.

Huge parking area where you can camp for free if you have dinner at the restaurant. Quiet at night. The is a night guard on place.

We also arranged to sleep here, with just having a good, but pricey dinner and no costs for sleeping. No showers and wifi, but the toiletts are clean. During the night there is a armed nightguard, which watched the gated parkinglot.

We had dinner (good food, little bit pricey) and they let us stay for free on the big parkinglot. They told us we could use the swimmingpools as well. Friendly staff! The entrance gate was closed at night (after 8pm), armed security on place during the night. Quiet at night.
