Stayed here safe and nice spot. Has pit toilets. Cute kids that will want to play football with you. We had tour with Vidal to Uros the next day - him and his wife were great! 15 sols pp came and picked us up in the morning really lovely! We contacted him on what’s app the day before - 945 653 075

So we stayed here but had a tour next day with Vidal to Uros.

maybe if you don't they're unhappy. it was safe and quiet, just some local kids were all over the place and then after we gave them a bag of cookies they just threw the packing on the floor 🙄

alternative is next to Church with Yordi, but that's just off the main road (this here is still a bit more secluded) and well lit in the night.

We slept here one night. It was a weird place but it’s ok for one night. We talk with the people who lives there and everything was good. No one wanted to charge us. 4G (Claro) doesn’t work.

Dormimos una noche acá. Era un lugar raro pero estuvo bien para una noche. Hablamos con la familia que vive ahí y estaba todo bien. Nadie nos quiso cobrar nada. Claro 4G no funcionaba.

We arrived around 5pm expecting to camp the night here but were greeted by a man who told us we could only camp here if we were taking a tour to the Uros with him (he lives just off the plaza). As we had already booked our tour with a different guide he said we had to leave, otherwise we had to pay him 10 sol to camp there. We left and went to the church around the corner.

This is the spot to park in Puno. Chance to meet other overlanders. If you se dizzy with so menú different guides to go to the Uros, just come here, they are gonna introduce themselves and you can choose with whoever you feel more comfortable.

Very nice and quiet place for spend night. Very friendly neiberhoud. You can ask about Vidal, mobile +51 945653075 you can go to uros island with him! They have private boat, max. 6pax. (10soles/pax).

Avons dormi 1 nuit sur cette place . À peine arrivés , un voisin Paulino est venu réclamer 10S et nous a proposé des excursions , lui avons dit qu'on en parlerait le lendemain pour y aller le surlendemain. Le lendemain, il est venu nous réveiller à 5h pour en parler ... La nuit suivante , avons dormi un peu plus loin , il est revenu vers 5h nous voir .... nous nous sommes sentis " harcelés " par ce monsieur .
