Report Check-InWhat a lovely place to stay with welcoming owners. We had the best and biggest home-cooked meal and felt at home.
We travel with 3; 1 took a single room and we camped. Nice camp space, great warm shower, very cold beers and good wifi.
Report Check-InWe were quoted 250pp but they dropped it to 180pp when we said we would wild camp instead (she was worried about leopards attacking us!). It’s a really wonderful place, we thought we’d stay a night or two but ended up camping for 4. The manager and the owner’s Mum are incredibly sweet and we felt very welcome, even if they were horrified at the idea of us cycling! They do food - lunch was some sandwiches for 80$N, breakfast is 180$N. Every night they lit a fire in the common area so we could sit and be warm. Peaceful place with interesting history - it dates back to 1880 and was used as a rest station for German soldiers.

Still very nice campsite with shaded concrete table and chairs for each pit. Braai, electricity, sink and tap also at each pit. They just made new ablutions but they didn’t have power yet but the old one we used were were nice and clean too.
Towels were provided at the pool. Free wifi at the social area.
The restaurant wasn’t that great, rather use the nice facilities at the campsite.
Price still N$180. WiFi available however at a cost of N$40.
Indeed lovely place to stay.
Really nice place in the middle of nowhere! New abolutions, great restaurant with bar area and nice camping spots with braai and water. Price is still 180N$ pp. Wifi available at the restaurant for 20N$.
Report Check-InIt is a really nice Campingsite, Restaurant and Bar with a huge wooden roof and a beautiful garden with a mini swimming pool. A lot of details. It is a small town so they don't have that many guests but you are warmly welcomed. As we arrived they opened the kitchen for us. Glad that we stopped here. They told it is one of the oldest hotels in Namibia and you can visit an also historic church in the town.
