- we arrived at night and parked right accross the road from the visitor center of the observatory (no services, free)
- you can arrange to use the bathroom in the visitor center for a cost
- there are many spots where you could park/wild camp here - by the mirador or further down the "desert"
- there is a restaurant in front, 100 meters with a bealtiful view.

Stayed for one day and one night, really quiet but super hot and humid even at night. We have the view over the red canyon which is nice. Pet friendly.
