Something not right?

Description

Lots of road noise and in airport path, but no 4-wheel drive and it was 10pm and we needed a hot shower. $18 for tent site. $2.50 for 8 minute shower. Fee for wifi, so we didn't use it. $5 fee to use oil-changing pad. They will change it for you for $25 plus supplies. Closes for winter. Coin-operated dog wash and car/RV wash. Gravel parking lot style full hook-ups. Spaces very close. There are a few wooded spots up on the hill as mentioned below. Place has potential, but lacks maintenance and investment.

Latest Check-Ins

Showers 4.50 for 8 min for non guests but not great. 10 seconds of cold water later the pressure became a mist and it was just hot mist for 7 min plus which was awful. Laundry was decent though. 3$ for wash and 1$ per 10 min dry. Dryers look newer than the one in town. Washer about the same. Car wash 1$ per 3 minute good pressure

Gravel parking lot full hook-ups. Has coin operated dog wash and RV/car wash. Also has a self oil changing station where the RV park uses the spent oil for winter fuel.

Ok mais la prochaine fois prendre un terrain sur le niveau supérieur ils ont plus de verdure

Nice place, as mentioned in other reviews the lower sites are tight, and close to road and the noise that it possesses. If you have your expectations set you won't be disappointed. The owners are super nice and that means a lot to me. They have decent WiFi, 5mbps down and you get 1Gig per day, more than enough for simple streaming or researching your next travel day. We will most likely stop by again on our return leg and try to get reservations for the upper sites. You also get ¢3 off per liter on gas when staying.

Crowded, but good while you unhook and explore Whitehorse!! Full hookups, and a bonus ....we washed both the truck and trailer!!
Site cost is about $44. and change including tax! The woman in the office was friendly and helpful!!

As described. I paid CAD23 invlusive tax for the lower level. Pit #19 not so nice but nearer to the washroom. Shower by token CAD3 now. Street noise during daytime but quiet after 10pm. The Phillipino lady at the shop is very friendly

stayed here for a couple of nights.
clean facilities.
had a chance to do laundry, wash the van and take hot showers.
their prices are very fair compared to everywhere else I've stayed at.
yes there's some road noise, but it's not bad unless you're a light sleeper.

Nice quiet sites in the trees, way off the road. What you see from the road is NOT what you get. All kinds of additional services ( like an oil change pad, high pressure car wash pad, laundry, showers,...). Paid reasonable $21 for a dry site today- $1 more than the territorial cg fee.

Bery pleasent stay. Wewere there 4 nights in a site in the upper zone in the trees. Far from toilets but there is a pot toilet available. Shower with free token. 3 cents discounts but check price in town first, late to adjust. Free 1G WiFi but only by the office. Very nice and helpfull employees. 8$ for firewood. Clean laundry room. Pet wash but water was cold and no shampoo like advertised. Car wash with soap 1$ for 3 minutes.

There is security cameras in most facilities for obvious reasons…

Don’t leave anything unattended at your site, My 30 amps extension cord when missing. The administration told me not to leave any thing unattended if you have to leave your site

Lovely folks that run this RV park. It has everything you need in working order and clean. I think it cost us $34 for our truck and popup camper. That included a private treed site away from the highway with full hookups, wifi and a hot shower that felt like more than the allotted 8 minutes. All the laundry machines worked and we could have even washed our dog or our rig if they needed it. The fuel onsite is discounted 3 cents per litre and the propane was reasonable as well. This place was so much better than the way we were treated at Hi River RV where we were scoffed at for not having a reservation and treated rudely.

The back-in sites at the top of the hill are beautiful, with privacy and trees. $35 per night, including water, electricity and wifi. Sanitation dump station available. Easy drive into Whitehorse. Sites at lower level are close to highway.

This place is alive and well. We did not stay overnight but noted many campers from the road. Also confirmed at the Visitor Centre in Whitehorse.
