not a great place. It's a parking lot behind a small park. The park technically closes at midnight according to a small sign. I hid behind a bush to conceal from the road. regular police patrol the area because...
you are in visual distance, about one block from the state prison, where they hold the really bad guys.
you are a mile from an airport, and this park is right in the take off and landing zone. expect planes every 30 min, anything from huge jets shaking your windows, to small planes just buzzing the trees.
you are across the train tracks (active) from a meat processing plant. hope you enjoy the smell of cheap lunchmeat and ham. cause it smells bad. really bad.
bright side, the bike path loop was an enjoyable ride. would still never camp here again.
