Great road to drive.. many campings along the way but closer to Morretes.. before the split in the road to Antonina. You’ll feel right in the jungle!

Gorgeous road that ends up in gorgeous Morretes. Don't sleep on viewpoints though because attacks can happen after the sunset, once the juice shops close. If you get there too late, you good ask hospitality to a great guy called Siro, at his little paradise called Fazenda Garbers, visible here and on Maps (he may charge you ... or not).

Beautiful drive. Not for big rigs or trailers though. Very narrow in a few spots and some very tight hairpin turns. Several stops along the way for snacks, drinks and food. Very popular drive with locals on weekends.

Very nice road. As mentioned, this road is even nice if it rains. We slept on this viewpoint, only few cars passed during the night. There was a white dog protecting us after we gave him some food :)
Small tip: if you want to bbq take your own wood. You will be in the middle of the jungle, you only find wet wood.

Beautiful drive even in the rain. We did camp here for the night and it was safe and quiet. Toilets on site. Highly recommend this route!

We started late in Curitiba and while enjoying the awesome view decided to stay at the first viewpoint (this location). Noone bothered us, it was very quiet at night. Every now and then a car passed by. It was during the week in off-season though. It seems like there is a post to sell the usual things (Coco Verde, caldo de cana, ...) in high season but there was noone there.
The sunrise above the forest is awesome!

Beautifull scenic route "Estrada da Graciosa". Altitude difference 850 meters, partly cobblestone road, several viewing points with toilets and bbq-spots.
