Something not right?

Description

- 250 pesos - expensive for what it was
- not very good flushing toilets and coldish showers
- part of a water park - entrance to the park is extra (ca. 60 pesos per person), but the gate to the park was not locked at night, so if you are adventurous, you might go take a quick dip.
- electricity
- the whole place felt abandoned, we were the only ones there, everything was a bit run down. But the actual water park seemed nice - water is 28 degrees and it seems like the pools are constantly filled with new water

Latest Check-Ins

The camp spot is nicely in the shade with clean toilets and showers. Sadly, no seats on the toilets. Camping fee was 250 pesos regardless of how many people (we are a family of four so it was good value). The expensive part is the actual balneário: 190 per person! However, they’ve managed to fix things up and there are functioning water slides (at least on weekends), wave pool and various other pools. A good chance to scope out rural Michoacán life. If you want to save some money, just go to the public pool across the street (two pools) for 30 pesos /person. I recommend this place as it’s safely behind a big wall and guarded at night!
