Description

PROS: Best bathrooms on Baja, no joke! Also, fast free wifi that reaches a couple of the spots (otherwise you can pay to use their modems throughout the park), electric and water hookups, close to beach and restaurants, lush plant life – CONS: Full of snow birds, most of them have built palapas around their giant rigs, expensive – We paid 250 pesos/night, normal rate is 25 USD/night

We spent 7 nights in their overflow area which is a lovely shady strip of three hookup spots (water, electric, sewer) across from the pool, hot tub and bathrooms. We were the only ones there for the first 5 days of our one-week stay. We paid $210 US (seventh night is free). During their peak season, you must reserve well in advance and commit for at least 3 months in order to get a private spot. Most spots are annual leases and have permanent structures and residents. Great location. We enjoyed being able to walk to restaurants and stores and the beach. Residents were friendly. Best place we stayed so far. We have a Class B motor home and felt very comfortable in the overflow area. One drawback was we had to drive to La Rivera (30 miles one way) to be able to fill our tank with purified water. Closer purified water in Buena Vista only fills jugs. Easy drive though.

Really beautiful RV park....the locals say that it use to be a lagoon. They would visit on a hot summer day to enjoy the shade of the rainforest like vegitation by the water...watch the ducks swim in the peaceful "Oasis"....

Great location with beautiful private spots. Full hookup for $35(US) per night. Laundry facility. Great pool. We also stayed at Martin Verdugos Beach Resort which was also nice. Very close to beach but for nearly the same price this place is much quieter and nicer!

yeah it's nice. but you pay 600mxn a night... and you still get cockroaches in the showers. Don't expect to see any mexicans here, it's full of long term snowbirds. But hey, you got a pool and a jacuzzi !

As previous comments have said, we were not asked to have a vaccine card. Omar was amazing and super nice and helpful when it came to recommendations on places to eat. After being on the beach for the last 3 weeks it was nice to take showers! It’s right in the middle of some great restaurants. Would stay here again! ($600/MXN a night)

They gave away a spot I reserved months ago - despite sending me for a COVID test which was negative. person at next campsite to one I had reserved called me names. No thanks!
If not in the usual crowd you won’t be welcomed

We stayed in an overflow spot, full hookups. Paid $35 for the night. Vax cards required. Place is very well maintained. Everyone there was very nice. All snowbirds, most coming for years and years.

Stupidly expensive. 2 vans, one spot, only one of us used electricity = $800 MX. Wifi extra. Swim pool is small, more like a cold plunge. Jacuzzi heated 4 to 9 pm. No laundry when we were there. Wasted money but too tired to look elsewhere.

An oasis in town close to beach. Staff Maria and Omar very friendly and helpful. wonderful swimming poll and full hook ups. As been said many trailers have been built around with Casitas and it appears that many are year round or much of the season. we found this place with 2 recommendations after being turned away from Martin Vs due to "construction ". Our plan was for one night we stayed 3.

I also appreciate that they have the first campground recycling I have found in Baja, The owners and permanent residents participate in the local community training kids in environmental education, and they have eco fundraiser movie showings every Friday. Sitting in the104° spa in the evenings after swimming and kite boarding is pretty nice.Talk about being the change you want to see! If you’re looking for a break from freecamping, this is a great little community.

A nice place to come and visit for the day. Molly and deep fried fish with pico digiaio and and flower.

Visiting the place, very nice place, very expensive, cannot have a spot for one night, 3 nights stay minimum at $100US per night

We Ended up paying $20/night for an overflow spot across from the pool with full hookup. The front overflow spot has power sewer & water, the others power and water. PICKLEBALL is played every morning but Saturday through the gate past the recycle center for $5 drop in play. Saturday market is at the same location but Gringo prices. A tamale & seafood guy come through the park a few days a week. Recommend eating at Taco Viejo or Hot Dog y Tacos Dylan on three corners. Food in LB is gringo priced.

This is a Beautiful RV Park with lots of shade and well groomed trees and shrubs and flowers and very protected from the wind. Close to everything within walking distance. Restaurants (26) - Bars ( 3 ) - grocery stores etc. And only 5 min walk to the Beach where it is famous for its Kite Boarding.

$38/nite 1 nite, $32/nite 2 or more nites+ $2/day for wifi - really !!
A + is trees w/shade. Place is noisy with snowbird Gringo's ATVS at all hours. Not much Mexico in LB, English everywhere and high prices in dollars.
Pool is a 2 stroker, shallow. Quite a trek to beach.

One of the best campsites we have visited in Baja. Well maintained with spotless restrooms and showers. The pool was a good temperature and a blessing at this time of year. We managed to get the price down to $360 per night, dry camping, for the 3 nights that we stayed. Would definitely stay here again.

Didn't stay here but checked it out in the to Saturday market. Beautiful campground with pretty lush foliage for dry Baja. Fantastic bathrooms, pool and spa. The long term casita rentals were really nice. $28/night for sites. $300-425/month for attached casita spots based on year lease

Super clean restrooms and showers, free WiFi near the office, a pool, coin laundry, palms with fresh coconuts 😋 but M$320 per night is f***ing expensive!
