The Chem. Robichaud Dirt Road was a bit rutted, flooded, and some Sandy bits. Any worse and I wouldn't have gone further in. That said, a beautiful place, Varies places along that dirt road one could stop if you have a vehicle that can go in. Clearqnce required. The area has a long sandy beach that goes up and down the coast. There are some rivers that flow into the ocean and some established areas that have been used for campfires along that dirt road. I stayed for a few days and would have stayed longer but for the forecast of Rain over the next few days and I was worried I might not be able to get back out. One person on a quad came by one night, otherwise didn't see a soul. Some visitors to the main parking area off the Asphalt portion of the Chem Robichaud Road.

Indeed a beautiful place with a few families and fishermen on site. In the evening, two cars, locals, arrived with loud music and headlights on. I had to leave after 30 minutes to go to the community center, where they came to find me. Details on this site.

Nice beach area quiet enough, few 4wheelers (locals) came at night to check out, further you go on the point the more boggy it becomes with stagnant water and mosquitoes and toad signing all night, but it’s a beautiful place and you can easily get over the inconvenience

A very nice place where we spent two nights.
We spoke to a few locals, all were friendly.

Report Check-In

Nice beach setting down dead end road. Quiet and dark, joined by two other campers. No issues or problems.

As described! Beautiful spot in the complete dark. Few cars coming in and out. A lot of fishermen activity to watch from our bed. Cool!

We were 3 rv's. Not really a nice beach. Good for sleeping anyways.

Stayed here for one night in early November. Some locals pulled in and drove away but no one bothered me all night. Met a nice woman who grew up there and we chatted for a bit. Very beautiful sunset!

Report Check-In

Beautiful spot at the end of the road. Sandy and right next to a beach on the ocean. Too windy and cold to stay overnight today, but a beautiful spot and no signs other than for littering.

Report Check-In

Lots of locals coming and going, and not very flat. But nice spot by the sea

Report Check-In

Very nice place to camp. Yes mosquitoes are very present even mid-September. We spoke with locals, they confirm that there are no problems camping. they use the location as an access to the beach or as a roundabout.
There was a lot of rubbish on the ground. We picked them up and brought them back with us.

Report Check-In

Very lovely place to overnight. Many many bugs. Worth every bite.

Nice spot. Same as lots of places on the coast with people coming down to have a look at the ocean. Lobster season so counted 21 fishing boats heading out at 5am. Could hear them but they were not overly loud.

perfect and quiet place with a lot of nice local that come to say hi. we came back two times here because it's so cool !

Report Check-In

Nice spot. Alone for the night. Breakfast on the beach!

Report Check-In

Report Check-In

Report Check-In

Quiet night at this beautiful place. You can drive along the little road to the left of the parking lot and you'll find even more quiet spots.

BE AWARE: the grass on the dunes is under protection! The Rangers are patroling the area. No problem to stay over night if you stay away from the dunes. There are pretty patches of green with "normal" grass, you can stay there. Drive on the road or (if you have an appropriate vehicle) directly on the sandy beach.
