Something not right?

Description

Wild camping 10 m off from the track to CKGR, 8 km away from the Tsau Gate.
Location at the diversion to Great Tsau, which was obviously not often used. There are two short lines leading to the Great Tsau track and we simply blocked one of them with our car. Nice and calm place.

Latest Check-Ins

Yes there were plants on the clearing and the road, but still a nice place for a night. Definitely still possible unless you don‘t want to walk on and around some grads and bushes.

The generator place would also be nice if it is not running (which in our case it was all night, we heard it even from some kms away)

Report Check-In

This spot doesn’t exist anymore! All is overgrown.

But you can spend a night about 6km before this spot in a ”fenced” clearing that has one building on it (a shed with some kind of a generator in it). You cannot close the ”gate”, but we had a very quiet night. A short drive then to the Tsau gate on the next morning.

And NO, you can’t pay by card at the Tsau Gate! At least 99% of the time, we think. ;) So always have cash for the park and camping fees.

Report Check-In

OK campsite allowing you to be close to Tsau gate in the morning. You are blocking a road that does not seem used very much. You can go down the road as far as you like, but you will have to reverse out.

Report Check-In

Unused split in the in the Tsau gate road. Good for a quick overnight stop.
