on our way north to south to the tsau gate of CKGR we got stopped for 'cleaning' all our shoes and checking the fridge.
the way to the tsau gate starts just after the checkpoint (coming from north).

We’re two cyclists and we asked to camp in their small community where all the employees from the checkpoint live. No problem. There is toilet and clean water.

Just a quick checking (going south to north), asking where we were going etc. Very friendly guy.

Cycled through but they said I could have camped here and there is also a small stall with snacks and cold drinks.

Only was stopping cars going north to south, south to north they waved us right through.

currently can take meat north - south, not the other way. just asked, didnt check

You can't take meat from North to South. The other way is fine.
