You cannot pass with fruits and peppers.
You have to pay 35 pesos. The payment is for the road (toll) and has nothing to do with the fruits. In 2019 it is 70 pesos for a car and 85 pesos for our truck camper.

covid : they asked for our dni, I don't have one yet so I showed my passport and no problem. friendly guy, didn't have to pay anything (from San Rafael to San Luis)
